Returns & Exchanges
Hardware including devices, coils, tanks, and pods may be returned only if in unopened and like new condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns on any CBD products such as vape juice, tincture, oil, isolate powder, or prefilled catridges and pods due to the consumable nature of the product and health concerns.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to any product which cannot be resold.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
If you have receive an incorrect item which is not what you ordered, a damaged item, or a non-functional defective item, Customer Support will issue a prepaid return label for you to print out and affix to your return package. Exchanges can only be made for the same make and model.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
How to ship your return or exchange
Please include the original packing slip and all original packaging and accessories. Return shipments should be properly packaged with bubble wrap or a bubble mailer to prevent damage in transit. Returned items must be shipped out within 48 hours of Customer Support accepting your return or exchange request.
